      Price, timeline, materials breakdown. Usually within 24 hours of your inquiry.

    3. We build

      Once you approve and place your $250 deposit, your cap enters production at our partner factory (~8 weeks), then ships to our Orange County facility (~2 weeks).

      10–12 weeks

    4. Pickup or ship

      Free pickup at our Orange County warehouse, or LTL freight to your address. Your balance — and any freight — is invoiced before it leaves OC.

    What kinds of customs can you actually build?

    Almost anything cap-shaped that fits on a truck bed. We've done molle-everywhere builds, integrated drawer systems, kitchen kits, fully glassed greenhouses, low-profile sport caps, work-truck rigs with crossbars and racks, and custom paint to match wraps.

    If you can describe it or photo it, we can probably build it. The exceptions are non-cap structures (full campers, slide-ins) — for those we'd refer you elsewhere.

    Why no firm price upfront?

    Custom builds vary enormously — a flat-side aluminum custom could be $2,500, while a fully kitted off-grid build with drawers, integrated lighting, and crossbars could push $5,000+. We quote within 24 hours of seeing your photo so the price reflects what you actually want.

    Do I have to pay for the quote?

    No. Quotes are free and non-binding. The $250 deposit kicks in only when you approve the quote and want production to start. It applies to your build total and is refunded in full if we can't build or fit your truck.

    Is my truck on the standard lineup, or do I need a custom quote?

    Most mainstream trucks — Silverado, Ram, Frontier, Colorado, Ranger, Maverick, Sierra, Titan, Ridgeline, Santa Cruz, Gladiator, and more — are directly orderable on our build page, no custom quote needed. Just pick your Year, Make, Model, and bed size.

    This custom path is for builds that go beyond a standard cap — special features, off-catalog vehicles, or anything you don't see in the dropdowns. Send your year/make/model/bed length with the inquiry and we'll tell you what's possible.

    Can I see other customs you've done?

    We're building out a public gallery — for now, ask us in the inquiry and we'll share a few comparable photos. Most customers prefer the privacy.
